Regarding Shipping to USA (Updated 24th Aug 2025):
Hihi! Shipping to USA is still available, however due to the recent removal of the De minimis exemption, the cost of shipping is more expensive for bulky items only, buyers are suggested to order together with friends as the new weight treshold is 1kg. (Meaning if you buy something worth 100 grams and 1kg, they are both the same price to ship) In addition, the tarrifs you may receive on your order may be higher than before. If intending to do a group order, please contact the artist first / leave your contact details as you may need to topup extra shipping fees if it goes over 1kg or a partial refund if you'd like to stick within the 1kg threshold.
To make up for this, all orders going to the United States will receive extra freebies. We will update this if there are changes in the future, however we are not able to partially or fully refund, any orders that require duties to be paid :(
Regarding Shipping to EU:
As a result of the new GPSR rules and regulations, we are only able to ship to certain European regions/countries such as England.

- If you're thinking of ordering multiple heavy items such as tote bags/sticker books, please leave your social media platform + username as I may need you to top up for shipping because bigcartel doesn't keep track of weight per item to charge you accurately if it goes over the threshold!
- Please keep a lookout in your email and DMs for any updates or problems that need to be resolved! (Such as wrong mailing address) If not, I highly recommend you leave your social media platform + username where I can reach out to you easily!
- I will not be responsible for any lost mail.However, let me know about it and I’ll give you extra freebies on your next order or a coupon/discount <3!
- Failure to respond in a timely manner will result in a refund and cancellation (you may lose money as Paypal taxes)
- If you're not sure which shipping option to use, you can DM me and I'll help you!
- Accidentally paying more for shipping (if you pick the wrong options) will result in a partial refund for the excess amount if the amount is above 5 SGD.
- Min. Spend Freebies are FCFS. In rare cases if you're on a pre-order basis and by the time your items are here the freebies you ordered with are OOS / have been updated then you'll get that instead!

- Let me know before placing any reviews and send me pictures of the products or tell me why and what I can do to improve! The follow-up will depend on the situation you are facing :D

ORDER PROCESS
It will take about 7-14 working days for orders to be processed and mailed. If it needs to take longer due to any unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you.

I will send you mailing proof and tracking number if necessary via email!
For locals, bulky orders come with tracking and will typically arrive within 2-3 days after being mailed!
